Shipping

SMTH SKIN currently ships throughout the United States and Canada.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, promotions and holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated within:

United States: 6–10 business days
Canada: 6–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

In the United States, sellers must have a reasonable basis for an advertised shipping timeframe. When an order cannot be shipped within the promised period, FTC rules generally require the customer to be informed and given the option to accept the delay or receive a refund.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $45 USD.

Shipping rates for orders below $45 are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Any shipping promotion applies to the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes unless otherwise stated.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear.

Some orders may be divided into separate shipments based on product availability. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers at no additional shipping cost.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has begun processing.

SMTH SKIN is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Packages returned due to an address error may require an additional shipping payment before they can be resent.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order has left our fulfillment facility.

If tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, contact us at hello@smthskin.com.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, please allow 48 hours, check your surrounding property and contact the shipping carrier. We’ll assist where reasonably possible, but a replacement or refund cannot be guaranteed when the carrier has confirmed successful delivery to the address supplied at checkout.
